Mexicana ?

dinodon Sep 03, 2007 09:58 AM

I've just purchased a young male Mexicana, for my two fems, he is healthy and eating well, but I noticed that he arches, about 2 inches of his body, just past the mid section, now and then, not straight up, but some times to the left, or to the right. He's not squrming, and dosn't seem to be in any discomfort, he often lies flat, but then all of a sudden loops into an arch. My camera is on lone to a friend, so I cant take pics just yet, I'll take pics as soon as I can, but untill then can anyone give an explination based on my discription
Thanks for youe time.

sounds like a nerve issue. It may be nothing to worry about but I'd keep an eye on it anyways. If it is eating and passing food normally then he may just be a thayeri with a "twitch".
