Fistfull of kingsnake

Many of my kingsnakes think that I am a viable food source. One of the things I love about this guy is he combines an incredible appetite with some degree of respect for human dominance. In other words, unlike many of my eastern coast kings, he usually won't bite me even if I handled another snake.

Underrated kings. Maybe the perfect pet snake.

Without being an expert it seems to me that this guys genetics might have originated west of Texas, where you see the sockeye/jet black heads and snakes that don't get that big. This fellow is between 4.5 and 5'. I'm winging it here so feel free to enlighten.
