Since Mr. Dave won't share......

Railrider1920 Sep 03, 2007 10:28 PM

I will. I took some pictures tonight while feeding. Hope you enjoy......

Ziggy. She kept coming out of the feeding tub and wouldn't stay in there. I have her on two small mice. I'll try moving her up to hopper rats after a few more feedings.

These are good representations of her color

Using serpent widgets, she looks to be about 39.75 inches long

And just a few more
Black pine

Eastern king, about 26 inches long

And a spade foot toad I found the other night. My first

Have a good night. Maybe Mr. Dave will come around soon and let us in on the secret.
Rob

Nice pics of a great BRB, Funny abou the coming out of tub thing. Actually the easiest tiem to move them, right after strike and coil I can pick them up either by later part of body or even by rodent tail. They just won't let go.

Tonight I had a couple coil body on rodent without iting. Was still ale to move them OK just had to be careful.

Great pics. It's odd that ziggy wouldn't stay in her tub while eating cause my CRB did the same thing just this last Thursday. She took the rat pup then just slowly kept moving out of the tub while working it down.

Hey Rob are shooting with the flash or no? Loved the pics of the brb and the pine and is your pine about to go in shed? The only reason I ask is that it looks light colored and I think I see pattern by the tail too but take into account I have seen one in person just a couple of photos of Frank's and someone else's but it could be cuz it's younger, set me straight will you

No she's not going into shed. It's just a bad picture. I think that that one had the flash on. She does still have some of the pattern on her back end. I'm hoping that it'll go away as she gets older. But if not, that's cool too. Some have it and some don't. I'm not sure, but I think I remember reading that some of them that have southern pine blood in them retain the pattern. Or it's that the juvies have some of the pattern and can grow out of it. She is about 1-1.5 yrs old.

The pics of my BRB in the tank had the flash on if I remember correctly. I don't remember about the others and I'm not exactly sure how to get to the data contained in the jpeg to see if I used the flash or not.

Very cool BRB, and the Black Pine is great! I was hoping to pick up a pair of those this year, but it never happened. Perhaps next year.
