is a fantastic tool! Not only can people find out about the snakes they find, but I have learned so much by reading the posts and studying the pics! I actually correctly identified the racer in the post just before this one, which is a big step forward for me! I would like to thank the regular contributers for sharing their time and knowledge.

Now, I just wish there was more traffic here!!!!!

Thanks for your appreciation. We do try. If all of the posts were to start off with a locality for the snake in question, it would make life easier for us. Even with a photograph, not knowing where on the planet the animal originated, identification is not necessarily a gimme.
