Here's what I know..... Mark Bell calls the lavenders 'plain old albinos' (the words he used when I bought mine) - as do several others. I dont consider them to be normal amels. T positive amel, or hypo, yes. They dont have the bright red eyes or coloring of normal albinos though.... I myself consider the lavenders to be different.
I'll let you know if I see any in the coming weeks.
