I have four kids and my youngest just started kindergarten today. It was her first time on the bus and she had a awesome day. Can not wait to go again. I on the other hand was a crying mess. I am sure it will get easier, I actually have 2 1/2 hours to myself until my older daughters are home. Just wanted to share her pic.

Mine went yesterday - broke my heart - sat around crying and counting the minutes till I could pick him up - he was a little befuddled but otherwise fine - second day was easier for us all.

Dating!!! I am already going through that also I have a 16 year old girl and a 13 year old girl , the 13 year old is boy crazy already.
Cute pics. My oldest started First Grade on Tuesday. It seems like just yesterday he was learning how to walk.
Our son just started K too this week. I had a snake waiting for him when he got off the bus.
While we were waiting for his bus, some freshman HS boys came over to investigate the snake. Think I just convinced 2 more kids that snakes are cool & that my girl snake was not the least bit interested in biting them.
On the other hand, the bus driver & the crossing guard were both women in their 60s, & neither appeared overly enthusiastic to see me walking in their direction with a snake in 1 hand & snapping pix of them & my son at the same time.
Ahhh Kindergarten...it's a full day here.
My daughter wants it to be full day lol. I have been through this three other times but it never gets easier with any of them.
You cry the first day of school, while I cry the last day of school (when summer starts) LOL. One out of the house and two to go - couple more years and I can travel!
