Wow,this girl has really had me jammed up.I was beginning to think she was bound.Bred on 6/20,pre laying shed on 7/19,one slug layed on 7/28 and nothing until today 9/6.18 days past pre lay shed.So far one egg out and its a good one.Nice size and color.She looks to have maybe 5 more in her and she's working on them.I will post a pic when they are all out.
I would like to extend a big thank you to Dusty,mikemurphy,colubridman,mingdurga and others who have posted info. on bogeys and and allowed me to do some brain picking via this forum.After reading mingdurgas post on 8/22,I realized maybe she is not bound since his post stated his female was 18 days past shed.
Dusty,your advise on keeping the male in the A.C. was solid, and IMO the deciding factor for my success.Keep us posted on the new book.

Cool! congrats. Like others have stated on here, mine are a little later than last year too. I had two lay on or just before Labor last year and this year I have one female who just shedded and another still in shed.
Good luck. Post some pics when you can. What colors are the adults?
She just got finished and I have 5 good eggs.Blonde x Normal.
