I do not believe to date this any. Not long ago someone else asked the same thing..
not really.........there will be one someday......but so far only paradox ones ....
the body is put together in 3 sections and 2 halves (side by side).....the front and back ends usually end up normal colored and the middle sections tend to hold the white.....there has been alot of pieds with white tails born now.(even I have one ,last 1/3 white).......so someday.....somewhere.......a white head or partially white head will pop out....(probably pertial).......
........so go for it and be the first............hurry now........

ASK ME ABOUT MY BALLS!!!!!
I believe Pete Kahl's Bumble Bee Pied has white on a good portion of its head.
Pied combos look terrible in my opinion. Absolutely horrendous in most cases.
The Pied somehow turned out to be what it is, and it stands alone among the other morphs.....IT IS UNIQUE.
Was the first Pied created by no more than a random quirk that somehow paired the precise two snakes from all the tens of thousands of wild snakes, only to hit the perfect combination? Or maybe it was a slow evolutionary progression, that slowly twisted and randomly introduced the precise genetic abberations over tens of centuries, compiling variation and unique traits by random procreation until it created a singular wonder? It could even have been the hand of the Creator Himself that, in an effort to make this a planet abundant with beauty, made this lovely snake...who can say for sure?
I do know that it is funky perfect and peerless in a way that begs not to be fooled around with in my mind. A trippy, mad-hatter version of what a snake would look like in a Timothy Leary dream world or a Salvador Dali painting. Instantly recognized, yet individually as uinque and beautiful as a single snowflake....

Amazing post! And I like your Dali painting. Persistence of Memory has always been a favorite of mine. Now I get to see it as a piebald!!!
Steve
I don't know how much of your post to take as serious but ... FYI
It's all personal taste but I'm pleasantly surprised by how nice the piebald combos have looked so far. I didn't think there would be room for improvement over the "plain" piebald but now that I’ve seen them I really like the pastel, albino, and spider versions.
Peter Kahl produced the first captive bred piebald from two wild caught piebalds. Most likely the original piebald mutation happened suddenly and spontaneously to produce the first het in the wild at some time in the past. This random mutation could have even happened more than once but eventually two hets (probably descendents of the original het) bred and produced the first piebald.
I believe there was a report of a road killed adult male back in the 50's or 60's. Once the wild collection of balls for the pet trade got going a few started to be imported. I heard of one of the first ones being sold for some ridiculously cheap price ($8?) with the belief it couldn't possibly be genetic. Sounds like it took a while to get these wild caught animals to breed in captivity but Peter Kahl started collecting them (probably at great expense) and eventually got it done and proved the mutation genetic.
I find it interesting that the combination of spider and piebald seem to increase the total white but still always leave at least the top of the head colored. There must be something about pigment and the head that makes the head the last refuge for color. Even the super mojave has most of it's remaining pigment in the head.
dan sutherland's paradox hypo super mojave [the parti ball] and josh wolfe's paradox ivory have white heads. kind of gives the idea of what one might look like. kd
