I have a ribbon snake that has a lump, right after her lungs. It's pretty small, and about an inch or so long. I think it's a stuck pinkie. The only way to help her is surgery, right?

MMM...my advice is to take the snake to the vet, it's exactly what happened to my Garter and the result was a parasite (worm), I don't wanna scare you...maybe it's another thing.
My garter went to surgery and this came up

Eek..Where on where would it get a worm like that from?
What my ribbon has is waaay bigger than that worm, though. It's about...almost a 1/2 wide. Just barely visible, really.
