...what the Virginia state laws are on venomous reptiles/snakes. I've tried to search this, but have had trouble finding any links to the state laws. I know several localities don't allow venomous (or exotic animals in general). I thought they were legal in Virginia, but someone is trying to tell me that all venomous snakes are illegal by state law. Can someone post a link to the laws and give a summary of what they say? Thanks!!!
