They're rat hairs, whiskers actually I think....

It's bizarre, it is the first time I see that happening.

I've never seen hairs in boa poop, I've seen them in ball python
scat, and kingsnakes, but not in in any of the crappola I've
cleaned from my boas. I know owls will also defecate the hair
and bones sometimes of rodents...

How could they be sperm plugs? Males put sperm plugs into females
when they finish their 'business', how could they do it to
themselves?

My boa's poop has hair in it using a microscope. But not a big white one!

If a little boa guy is lonely, sometimes he hops behind the water bowl where noone can see and, well... let's just say, he "does it himself". It is common for males to leave sperm in their cages, especially if there is a mature female near releasing the right stuff to drive the fellas crazy.
