Guess I posted everything in reverse order, oh well. This is a cage I built for my la pines. It measures 6' x 3' x @' deep, and has three blanket box size subbterranium drawers. The snakes have acsess to the drawers via a pvp pipe. The pipes can be capped off for ease of feeding, cleaning, egg laying, etc. The pines were places together at aprox 18 monthes old and have been maintained together year round. This setup has woked well with the pair producing fertile eggs at 2 yrs of age (4 eggs all good) and 7 fertile eggs at 3 yrs. There was one female with a slight kink in her tail produced the first year, all others were perfect.
