Where would a wc barneck scrub be from?

I just bought a wild caught barneck. I know, there is something wrong with me. But, the guy was unable to give me any info on the locality. Any guesses? He is green and almost patternless, if that matters any. Thanx Jason

Probably from around Manokwari, but with no locality info all you can do is speculate, which won't get you too far.
