I have been told not to even use aresol in the same room as my crickets. And I adhere to that. Pretty sure bug spray wouldn't kill your beardies, but not positive. If they are alive 2 minutes after you use it you are fine, this is why terrorists won't be able to kill us all with chemical weapons because it takes so much that aresol or air releasing won't kill many people. But your crickets will probably all die. So I would avoid it.

In Tallahassee we have a nasty roach problem so I make a paste of boric acid water and flour and put it sparatically throughout the house, also boric acid can be sprinkled outside...this is supposed to bait the roaches and shut down their respitory systems w/o harming small dogs or reptiles. This is the same ingredient that is in eye washes and is not toxic or harmful to humans or animals....
interesting about the terrorist chemical attacks...I didn't know that...I'll have to tell my mom, so that she will finally throw away her duct tape and plastic..

Nerve gas which is a chemical weapon i believe will either kill you in two minutes or you will be fine. So the vapor will kill things the same way. But the other poster about it building up I didn't consider. I stay away from it and would advise everyone does.

Absolutly Not.
Toxins build up in a reptiles Kidney's over time. At some point, although things may seem fine, with out warning, Kidney failure results from prolonged exposure to pestacides.
kidney failure = death
This is why its unwise to feed your reptile bugs from outside if you live in/near a place where pesticides are used.
Think about how long the room/area you spray is pest free as a result of spraying something around. Adding crickets to that area may not kill them, but when you consider each cricket contains a little toxin, and you feed them all to your animal, Over time he gets 1000x what one cricket has in it.
bad news.
Try using bug traps or pest strips away from a cage if your animals in the area you need to treat.
my 2 cents.
