New Need Some Help Please!!!!

I'm new to aquatic turtles but not herps. I'd really like to get a couple turtles but I have a few questions. Despite all of the care sheets I read and all of the websites I look at I don't know how big a tank I'll need for two of them. I have a 75 gallon tank (48"L x 18"W x 20"H). Could someone please tell me what I could keep in here. I'd prefer basking turtles over bottom-walking but any help would be great. And if its too small for multiple turtles please tell me. Thanks for your time
