midge--NOT a memorial

jeune18 Sep 10, 2007 09:48 PM

so i am pretty blind without my glasses on and i was laying down "writing my lecture" when i saw (sort of) what i thought was jolly running around the cage. i had just cleaned it and she is always a freak about it. i put my glasses on and i saw midge up against one of the rocks. (jolly was hiding i guess she was freaked out) then she took off running. mind you it wasn't very graceful but she was pacing the length of their four foot condo cage.

she hasn't run around the cage since her calcium got off kilter at least two months ago. i had noticed her pushing up more but i guess the new kleenex soft paper towels inspired her to run. i hope her progress stays. i can't believe i have a lizard who is getting better. perhaps my lizard curse is being lifted?

midge, much younger but that is her curious little self running up to the camera
