2 serious questions

Ok 1st question!! I have a beardie baby, well about 4 months old maybe 5. I can not get her to eat like I've known beardies to eat. She is as lazy as can be. Soon as she sees some veggies come in she hurries up and eats them. I put about 6 crickets in there she barely notices. If one walks by her she might eat it but usually she just looks at it pass. I have tryed baby mealworms, and crickets. Her hot spot is about 115 and cooler end about 75-80. She has water in her cage and I give her a bath about once every other day(thats when she usually drinks). I just dont get her.
Ok 2nd question I have an adult Beardie about 3.5-4 yrs old. Male I believe. He always wants more food!!!! I could feed him 100 mealworms everyday and he would eat them all. Of course I dont do that. He gets about a dozen every other day and veggies on the same if not a little less. Well lately he doesnt want to get in his hot spot....he sits on the ground in a bad mood. He puts his ugly suit on and until the end of the day he sits on the floor. Doesnt even really move much. His cage is always clean. He is in the large Neodesha cage, always has been. He eats fine still but just doesn't seem like his normal self. Now the above female has just entered our lives but she is not in the same room so I know she doesnt have any effect on him. He is really feisty he always has been since I bought him as a juvenile. I cant hold him!!!!! He will chomp my finger off. Any suggestions guys?? Sorry soo long but I figure the more info you have the easier it will be to help. Thanks in advance. Mark

Every reptile owner should have a scale. That way you could say how long and how much each dragon weighs when you are asking about eating questions. It's really hard to give an informed answer when I have no idea if they are over, under, or normal weight for their size and age.

Baby Beardie-have you tried putting the crickets on her salad, I did this to get mine to eat salad maybe it'll will work in reverse for you.

Male-What season is it where you live, since he's not under the lamp, could he possably be going into brumation? As for taming him maybe gloves would help? I've never had one that hasn't had a sweet disposition so I can't give you any advice. Sorry if not much help!

Hi, The baby Beardie, let her eat what she wants. Her body should know her needs. She would just grow slower. I would feed her everyday if she is only eating greens, you could try soaked pellets as well. Then for the other guy you might think nout getting him checked for parasites. Mealworm and winged crickets are hard to digest so he may be having proublems digesting them as well. I have noticed when Dragons haven't been feeling well they always end up at the cool end because it slows their metabolism down.
