PHEve Sep 12, 2007 12:14 AM

This lovely lady arrived today, not a great pic,( will get a better one later) but she is a very pretty girl. Nice light yellows, and lovely patterns, very sweet. A chunker too, hehehehe she likes to eat that's for sure.

I got Chimayo from our forum buddy Jim/(graybander) and am very pleased. Thanks Jim

Chimayo, female C. collaris/ N. Mexico

I think they forgot to decompress the airlline on her flight :O) She is a plumper. I always liked the cool patterns on those NM lizards formerly known as C. collaris baileyi :O) Those were my first lizards from the south central area of NM.

My first experience letting a collared warm up in the sun while I was taking pictures, just to have him bolt across my yard and through some bushes. I did find him cooled back down about 20 feet on the other side in the neighbors yard. That was a lesson learned. Remember that? Wow that was about 8 or 9 years ago. Back when I only knew what your nose looked like.
