The one egg that doesn't develop. This was a big surprise as all previous breedings from this Sonoran pair have only produced completely normal offspring.

i just had a tangerine hondo hatch out the same way. i left him alone in the open egg & in a few days he absorbed most of the yolk & is ok now though somewhat smaller than the others. he eats like a horse though so he may catch up. did your sonoran survive?
