Jamie,

Nice colors joey's got. Well, from one side, he certainly looks like an ambanja to me, but from another, he kinda looks like a mix. About the eye problem; is his eyes always squinting or half open? Or does he constantly blink his eyes, though most of the time it is open? Is the skin around his eye very rubbery and flakey?

Its usally always half open, and the skin around it is often flakey.

Well Jamie, My panther female has the same thing too, as well as Morgana of Reptayls . Morgana's chams suffers from chronic eye irritations and conjunctivitis, and she is treating him with Gentamicin eye drops and Erythromycin opthalmic ointment. you can get these from the vet. It could also be allergies. Do you use any fake plants? My females eyes get rubbery and flakey for a few days, then she starts to shed. After shedding, we go through the same process over again. It has been like that for a while now. It otherwise doesn't effect her behavour. How long have you has your cham had the problem anyway?

By the way, i am no expert, so don't quote me on this. just sharing my experience!

In the first pic, he does look like a blue bar.
But in the last pic he sure doesn't! We have several blue bars and they are not that color when they sleep - or any other time. The red and bright green reminds me of a diego!

I am going to say he most likely is a "cross"
A very pretty one at that!

Jamie,

Not unusual to have different patterns on the sides.
What are you doing for his eye? Are you applying antibotic opthalmic ointment?? If so, what kind?

Where did you get your fine friend? Might I ask?
