When this female box turtle tries to deficate she pushes out a purple mass with 2 white dots on it...vet said it might be a prolapse and gave her 4 antibiotic shots which did not help...she was lab tested for parasites and none present...turtle eats everyday and seems not to be affected by this..she is very active. Any ideas what the mass may be? And how to treat it? Can provide good pics if needed.
