...to next year.
I think these will make some nice babies

A large female south FL. mole king I hope to match up with a nice big male..

and this very nice male eastern king has just bumped his way up (merely by his good looks alone) to being my #1 NC breeder..
Tony D may recognize him...

Of course there's others I'll share later....

....that those two (eastern king and SFMK) will NOT be anywhere near each other come breeding time...
(In case anyone had the idea I meant that those two would make nice babies together)

haha

Hey!,......

Nice to see some others interested in "occipitolineata",......

Here's a pic I've posted before of one of my females from many years ago.......her parents were both wild-caught from DeSoto County, just west of Lake Okeechobee.

First pic is when she was a hatchling,....second pic is of her at 32" long at about three years of age.

best regards, ~Doug

She died years ago when she was under someone's care while I was out of town,.........needless to say, I was VERY upset about it.

I really liked her, and wish I did still have her in my collection!!

Don't think he'll ever be "taking care" of my animals again!

best regards, ~Doug

Yes that female is from DeSoto lines.. She is the one given to me by a friend...She ate her mate! Talk about an expensive meal!
Anyway, I have my spots lined up and I'm waiting for some time and the weather to coincide. Hope to get lucky...
I have another DeSoto female and a yearling male that is DeSoto X Okeechobee.
