I buy this fellow as Uromastyx acanthinurus, but I think it`s someone else... I don`t know how to recognize it, help?

Not too easy with such juveniles to judge from a single Pic. May in fact be acanthinura but too me it more looks like a geyri.
Severely emaciated and urgently needs help.
