Rhacodactylus leacheanus eggs.

EJ Aug 21, 2003 02:43 PM

I've got some leacheanus eggs comming up on 60 days at 86 degrees F they are sweating. One started yesterday and the other today. No slits (that I can see). Can somebody give me some input on this? (like, what is the normal progress of a Leacheanus egg when it is hatching or going bad.
Another question is that if any body has had them lay eggs in the waterbowl and the eggs hatched.

86 F is quite high for rhacodactylus eggs, particularly leachies. I would expect alot of egg mortality at that average temp. As to the water bowl eggs, I have had leo eggs laid in the water bowl hatch but I haven't had any rhacs lay in the water dish yet.

John
