Hi,this is my friend's green iguana. He is very concern about that white spot that appeared in his iguana. He took it to the vet and said that it was just a bad shed nothing to worry about. What do you guys think?
Thanks for your time...

does it feel raised in the dark area?
Yes, it does feel raised!! Thanks
My girlfriend had a red green iguana with that all over it's body. We gave him more direct sunlight and put neosporin on the raised areas. If your not in an area that you can't get the iguana outside try using a differant heat/uva uvb light bulb. The bulb I highly recomend is either t-rex power sun bulb or zoo-med has a similar bulb. These are larger then regular heat bulbs, and come in flood or spot with a varity of watts. I hope this works for you it worked for us.
Tank you very much for this detailed reply. I'm going to tell my friend to follow your advice. Those albinos are just incredible!!
