Can someone please help ID this snake?

My boss found this snake outside his house in Tampa, FL. There was a smaller one also found in the backyard. He said the snake is not aggressive. He would like to remove the snake if it's venomous.

I'll let someone who knows southern Nerodia name the species, but that's a water snake.

It's not venomous, but it might draw a little blood and spray you with poop/musk if you grab it.

Thanks for not killing it.
