I was going to "chime in" and answer this one, but see you already did a good job of defining this for the poster.
"Rosey Ratsnakes"(E.guttata rosacea) are seen much less frequently in the hobby than they were some years back.
I've had some really nice ones in the past, and think they are a very interesting variant.
Their natural habitat has been severely encroached upon in recent years,.....but I just can't understand why more people have not done more captive breeding of these little guys!
I've always liked "rosies" much more than some of the other cornsnake varieties that are as "common as rocks".....hopefully they will gain more popularity in the near future.
It's too bad I don't have some pics of some of the "rosies" that I used to own, as they were some fabulous examples.
