Everglade's Ratsnake Inquiry

RichH Aug 21, 2003 04:08 PM

Curious to know if anyone is still giving time to maintaining everglade's rats?. I had worked with several, unfortunately many years ago, acquired from the Marcia Lincoln line. Incredible glades.

Starting to move more into the direction of locale specific herps as I am sorry to say we just do not see many natural types in the wild these days when we go on hikes. What is even more bothersome is we are not seeing these types at shows either.

I would be very much interested in corresponding with herpers that are attempting to maintain natural types as pure as possible. Not just with ratsnakes but with all snakes.

Thanks, Rich Hebron
