Weird behavior

i just walked in on my albino male leo having his tail kinked up and over licking his open cloacal vent anyone seen or know what it means?

Hi. I'm not sure why they do it, but both my male and female leos do this. I believe after sex, but I'm not too sure. I have no clue what they are doing, but they are fine other than this odd behavior.
