Did a full tub change on all the babies, those first set of dampened paper towels are quite dirty very quickly. All my favs are up first. Two pics of each.
Each year I have to relearn the nippy nature of a newborn BRB. They nip at anything that moves. Each and every one of them struck at me. Most struck several times and most tagged me. Some got me several times each!! LOL but it doesn't hurt, very few bites drew any blood at all, kinda funny how big and bad they act.
Here are the twelve healthy normal ones...

And the unlucky thirteenth one with an eye problem. I've seen something similar on a soaking adult BRB. The adult got a bunch of water under one eye scale. When it shed, everything was back to normal. Looking closely at this baby, it appears the eye scale is way distended, even distending the surrounding scales. If you look closely you can see the same "ring" of connective tissue between the eye scale and the surrounding scales that you would normally see in a shed skin except it appears stretched tight. Looking into the eye with a light and magnifying glass, I believe I see an eye deep inside. Lastly, the bulge is soft, didn't want to mess with it too much. Will have to wait and see how it's first shed goes!!

cuz I was finished the better part of a daquiri at that time and maybe wasn't thinking right??? I think what caught my eye at the time was a dorsal color wanting to pop now I can't decide but I like smaller crescents near bulleyes but you got to like those tangerine crescents too. The daquiri was a strawberry colada if you wondering too
