That would be far too small for a adult, and really even for any kind of long term use for a young dragon. Also how will you use a heat lamp in that? Its made of plastic it would melt. I think you should google a care sheet for BDs.

Huh???? The minimum recomended size for an adult bearded dragon is 48" x 24" floor space. That is the size of the cage the poster was asking about. Why do you think that would be too small for even a juvenile? The manufacturer of those cages is a breeder and I'm sure he has some plan for heat lamps etc. Plus they are used in many plastic cages available today such as Vision etc.

It was really hard for me not to be sarcastic after your aggressive post.

Jack, those are great for bearded dragons. I have 2 of them and they are really nice. I especially like the extra ventilation. Most reptile enclosures you buy are made to hold in humidity which is all wrong for desert lizards like beardeds.

The size is fine for an adult dragon. If you have a really small/young one, you may want to make some kind of partition to make them a smaller space. Sometimes the real young ones seem to get freaked out by a lot of open space.

I don't know what that other person was talking about unless they misunderstood and thought you were talking about a "Critter Keeper"? Those things you keep bugs in?

thank you for the input. i have 2 adult dragons. i'm going to buy 2 or 3 Critter Condos at the sacramento reptile show. i'm sure thay will love the space
