new to atb's please help

hi i just got a male atb,garden pahse with red eyes! i havent attemted to mesure him but im guessing hes around 4ft. i have him in a 30 gallon extra high tank. 20"l 10"d and 30" high. is this a good size cage for him? also what r the proper temps he should be in? thanx! ill try to get some pics on here

yep that cage is big enough if it is only four feet. IT isnt the biggest of cages but it will do. It really depends on the terrain in the cage if there is nothing to climb on then it defeats the purpose of having a tree boa. What size mouse/rat are you feeding him??? and you should keep the temp in the mid 80's, if you plan on breeding him there are specifications that help the breeding process, like dropping temp and humidity for awhile then slowly bring it up but you should read more info if your going to do something like that, go to boakingdom.com for any info you might need.

thanx for responding! im feeding him average size mice, and hes got lots of branches and vines to climb on
