Or maybe it isn't. The last 3 times my ball has pooped it has mostly just been white. Before he was dropping nice big brown ones. What gives? Is he constipated or suffering some sort of other condition?

When was the last time he pooped? The white ones are not poop, they're urates -- concentrated calcium and urine proteins. They also have liquid urine that usually comes out with them. Ball pythons generally only poop every 3-6 weeks depending on how often and how much they are fed.

I don't know exactly. I'm gonna guess about 2-3 weeks ago. Thing is, I feed him about twice a week and he's looking a little more bloated than usual but maybe he's just getting bigger.

P.S. I have noticed him soaking in his water bowl lately.

They do tend to look bloated before they poop. He's probably going to give you a giant load pretty soon. 2-3 weeks is not that long, I have ones that only go every 2 months when they shed. It's normal.
