So sorry to hear about the bad luck! Is it just the amount of snakes that you are restricted on keeping? If so, you may be able to get a permit to keep more.

no constrictors no vemous point blank grrr 
Oh man.... that really stinks! I hate it when there are restrictions on "constrictors"... I don't think they know how many consricters there really are in that family.... and that many of them are incredibly harmless! I think they just hear the word "constricter" and imagine a 10' Boa.

technically, no venomous would include hognose. Personally, I would go with the dont ask, dont tell policy. If no one asks if you have any, no need to tell anyone or worry about it. Or look for a place just out of town, if that is a possibility. Good luck.
