I am moving soon. But the laws are different in the town I am moving to so I must sell 95% of my collection I guess its just geckos and hognose for me now. grrrrrr but.... Thanks for all your help everyone!!!

So sorry to hear about the bad luck! Is it just the amount of snakes that you are restricted on keeping? If so, you may be able to get a permit to keep more.

Oh man.... that really stinks! I hate it when there are restrictions on "constrictors"... I don't think they know how many consricters there really are in that family.... and that many of them are incredibly harmless! I think they just hear the word "constricter" and imagine a 10' Boa.

technically, no venomous would include hognose. Personally, I would go with the dont ask, dont tell policy. If no one asks if you have any, no need to tell anyone or worry about it. Or look for a place just out of town, if that is a possibility. Good luck.
