he is who i buy through, and his care sheet/breeding instructions are very helpful. They are super easy to take care of, and they live a very long time.
Like I have said on this forum before when we evacuated for Huricane Katrina I left my Superworm bin behind and 3 months later all were doing fine. Just give them chicken scratch, and a potato or other source of moisture and your all set.

Ive been having great luck with the cricket water blocks by the way, put one in every day and the worms do just fine.
