Held geckos for 1st time

last night i held my gecko for the first time (well she crawled up my arm)and i was sooooooo excited i just wanted everyone to know!!! now shes done it once is it likely she will do it again soon?

thanks to all the people who gave me tips before they really helped.

If you mean that she voluntarily climbed up onto your hand, then yes, it's likely she'll do it again. Sounds like she's learning that you're not a threat, which is obviously the goal. I like to think that mine sees me as warm, moving terrain.

I trust you're not hand feeding directly with your fingers? Using tongs (or just tossing in crickets for the gecko to catch instead of hand feeding) greatly reduces the chance of the gecko associating your fingers with food...

Most likely, she will continue to do it again. Just introduce her to handling every other night and before you know it, she'll be looking for your hand
