Wouldn't want people to get the wrong idea. I think that the breeder and video creator should be given a little credit here, being copywrited material and all. Congrats again to Heather Martin on her first litter and new morph!

The only time copyright in this case would be problem is if someone is claiming a video is their own when it clearly is not. That is not the case with the video in question in this thread. He linked to her YouTube page therefore she has credit and at no time did he claim the video was his own.

Additionally, if you look closely when you post messages on the forum, you will see that the KS forums now ALLOWS for the linking of YouTube videos where they can directly embed the video into the post so that users can view the video from the post without users having to go to the YouTube page.

At the bottom below the image and url link placements, you will see "YouTube ID or URL:" placement.

I didn't post it here because I had remembered videos were a violation of the Kingsnake TOS...I guess that has changed?

These are the 50/50 Suriname litter that included 2 albinos, and the "Alien Stripe" boa...

Videos were never a violation. It was the manner in which some people presented the videos that caused problems and violations.

Did you give yourself a little pinch to make sure you weren't dreaming? I can really hear the excitement in your voice and it's fun to listen to.

That is so cool! Congrats again Heather!!
I also started giggling when I heard how excited she was in the video. Just imaginging what that must feel like and hoping I get to experience it if my boas go this year.
I've witnessed breedings, but no babies as of last year...I'll get my first soon...I can feel it! hehe

Hugs!
