A very general but important question from us newbies. What are the signs of a healthy, stress-free monitor? How do we get them this way?

A healthy stress free monitor...

Huge appetite
Healthy big poops
Clean and Clear eyes, nostrils, vent
Basks regularly
Doesn't run and hide when you approach

Ahh, just a few, theres tons more signs, too tired now, lol...
