VERY Interesting Blast Clutch!

JCarr1 Sep 25, 2007 10:23 PM

Was I was very happy about the ways things turned out on this one! I bred a VPI Axanthic female that I purchased a few years ago from Brian Sharp to my Lemon Blast male and got 7 eggs. I still have 1 het axanthic hanging out in its egg but have 1.1 het axanthics, 1.1 Pinstripes het axanthic and 2.0 Lemon Blast het VPI axanthic! NICE!!! I believe this is the first clutch of these to be hatched that I know of! I know NERD's axanthic bees are outrageous looking and and hoping the axanthic Blasts are going to be just as nice! Below is the clutch pic. Notice how granite the sides are on the pin female and the het axanthic male?! I also posted a pic of another little axanthic female I picked up this year from Deron @ Academy Reptiles.

Thank You,
Jared Carr @ C&C Reptiles

That will be a wicked cross. And then there is the Killer Blast Axanthic and Spinner Blast Axanthic.

Congrats on a killer clutch Jared! You are just one step away now. I would love to have one of those lemon blats!

What a great ratio on offspring from that clutch. I can't wait to see the end results of that project.
