Where is the best place to go to find info on what is allowed and what isn't?

Well, here's the easiest way to find out which herps you can legally catch, keep or in any way disturb in Tennessee...what you do is get 2 deep cloth bags, and then take a petersons field guide, locate all frogs, toads, salamanders, snakes, lizards and turtles that can be found in TN, then cut out each of their pictures and put them in one of the bags.....now blindfold yourself, and reach into the OTHER bag...cause that's what legal in TN.
