It has been my experience that litters with slugs are more likely to have stillborns. I think what happens is that slugs are difficult to deliver and the snake breaks membranes on the live babies while struggling to deliver the slugs and the good babies drown. If I was you I would stay away from her cage and make sure it is dark there and hope she gets the rest of the litter delivered as soon as possible. The natural human reaction is to try to help but I think our efforts can distract the snake and cause further unwanted delay in laying the babies.
Good luck,
Jeff

I think its going to be all slugs, shes had 12 so far, and has started eating some of them. I know this is normal, but I'm not sure if i should leave all the slugs in with her to devour.. 12 seems like too much of a meal. Input?

She will stop when she is full. There is still a slim possibility that there may be live babies in the litter so I would not bother her too much. I have had plenty of piles of slugs. If breeding these snakes was easy we would have to give the babies away.
