Is there anyway to personally e-mail a user that has posted in the forums?? I know I've had people e-mail me in response to messages I've posted on here, so how do I do that???

At the top of their message it will say POSTED BY: then the user name - just click on the user name and you can send them a PM.

Look at the top if the message and it will say Posted by "Blah Blah Blah" Click on their name and it will say send private message. Try that..
