het PB Brooksi

FunkyRes Sep 28, 2007 03:50 AM

Here is my one and only florida king - a het PB Brooksi purchased from Tom.

I had been feeding him peach fuzzies - but last feeding he digested so quickly - I measured him at about 17 inches (wow! They really do grow faster than western getula) - and decided to feed him the largest frozen fuzzy I had - which was about the same size as some of the smaller hoppers in my hopper bag.

I also decided to move him out of the 4qt tub and into a 12qt tub so that I could give him a bigger water dish w/o it dominating the floor space.

Here is the result:

He's coming along very nicely.
Next meal will be hopper for sure.

That is a beautiful little brooks you have there. All of the PB's look awesome. Even the het PB's have a look about them. My 06 brooksi from Tom is really starting to pickup on size. Their growth is alot faster then some of the other kings. Post more pics of yours when you get a chance.
