Is it illegal for pet stores to sell corn snakes in New Jersey or is the law just for collecting them?

even if it is a morph make sure you have receipts for the animal to prove it was captive. NJ is like the capital of stupid laws!Jason

It cant be normal or "wild" colored. It must be so sort of morph or phase. You also cant breed them in NJ because there is a chance of a normal snake popping out. NJ does have some stupid laws. Like you dont need permits for green igunanas, green anoles, tokay gecko, most ribbon and garter snakes and common boa comstrictor. But you need one for a house gecko, a brown anole, or almost any type of frog. You figure it out I can't.
