I use oats for food and greens sprayed with water for my crickets
and my mealie worms i use corn meal and carrots...

We have used a variety of things, but we love, love, love, a product called "Cricket Yummies". (It is from a line of other "yummies" for turtles and such.) We love it because it is all natural, individually pillow packaged, and a complete vitamin source without too much fiber. When we first used it we noticed a positive difference in the poo of our geckos as well. It is also complete source with moisture so you don't have to deal with water sources either.
I also have to say I am partial to it because it smells like a farmers' market, apples and carrots and everything fresh like that... our whole room smells good because of it.

I use a variety of things as well, but most often, I use Orange Cubes, I think from Fluker's, or carrots.

i use any fresh veg i have spare (carrot pellings etc), fish flakes (the crickets fav, they can eat up to 3 milklids full a day!)the orange jely cubes and some jelly water.
