Well I've been a boa person for a long time. But today I caught this guy. His good behavior just blows me away. So he's staying. He'll have to stay next door at my stepdaughters house. I've got way to many boas to risk a health issue. What do I need to know about them that's different from boas? I'm quessing cooler temps. to start with.

Welcome! Greenish rat? Keep him about 82 on the warm side, he likes to climb like your boas, and I am sure he is a garbage disposal.....

Actually, not a whole lot of difference in maintaining them. Low/mid eighties for temps, a couple big mice, or a rat once a week, and maybe a hide, and you're good to go!......after all, it damn sure feels like Central/South America to me most of the year in central Florida!!LOL.

I left you a post on the "what kind" forum.
It's better off in one piece with you, than in two pieces at the McDonald's!!LOL

This guy just blows me away. This morning he let me handle him with out biting, and then took a FT mouse.
