Proving a charcoal het

omni_ Oct 01, 2007 06:02 AM

I have a yearling blizzard F, and was thinking I might be able to prove a het for a charcoal M possibly het amel. What would the offspring be:
blizzard x charcoal
blizzard x charcoal het amel

Also is het for blizzard same as being double het for amel and charcoal?
Thanks, this'll help me plan out possible '09 - '10 pairings

A blizzard could prove a het charcoal, a het amel, or a double het amel and charcoal.

All charcoal het amelanistic

>blizzard x charcoal het amel

1/2 blizzard
1/2 charcoal het amelanistic

That's the way I'd interpret it. It would not hurt to ask to see pictures of the parents before buying, though.
