I am trying to find a supplier that sells either Expanded PVC or something like that in sheets kinda like plywood sheets. I am not sure the exact material I want or maybe it has a name I am not use to. I have seen rigid PVC foam board and I am not sure if that is the stuff I want. I want a material kinda like what BARRS cages are made out of. I hope someone knows what I am talking about and can help me.

I have no idea what those cages are made out of. However, PVC boards, you can get them from almost any sign shop. I have gotten a bunch of it for free. Yes, I said free, no cost, nada. I talked to the guy behind the desk and told him what I wanted it for.

His eyes perked up and said "come out back with me". I folowed him to their dumpster. I left there with a 4x5 ft sheet, a few
2-2.5x5 ft pieces and a few others. A few different thicknesses. When they make a new sign and take down the old one, they brought it back and put it in their dumpster. They all had signs on one side.

At another sign shop, the guy flat out told me no when I asked if they had any that they were throwing away, even though I saw it sticking out of their dumpster. Most shops will sell it to you.

If you post this over in the caging section I think you'll get some answers about where to order it online. If nothing else, scroll down through the last couple of pages. You'll probably find a few posts asking the same basic thing.
