... I can find a top notch male for this girl? I have checked all of the big breeders that i know of that work with pits and I havn't found anyone advertising cape gophers.

I would second this recommendation - I just did a big (for me) deal with Gregg and everything went off without a hitch. He has a lone male 2007 for sale on his available page (along with lots of other stuff you might want!).
