the first dutch captive bred albino balls

chondro55 Aug 22, 2003 09:08 AM

Yesterday two albinos hatched after 61 days.
There were 6 eggs in the clutch. I bred an het albino female to an albino male and het.albino male. Do not know who the father is.
Also the number of albinos does not say anything. It is either a good result for a het to het breeding or a less good result for an albino to het breeding? Or could there be the possibility that it is a joined ownership?

I am proud to say that I am the first (untill prooven otherwise) to produce two albino ball pythons in Holland.

Will post pictures when they fully emerged from there eggs.

Congrats with your albino's! I'm from Holland too! I didn't know there were albino's in Holland. I guess you are one of the few people who have them. Where do you live and what animals do you have? Was this your first time breeding BP?
